Supporting constitutional goals

A value by which we may assess (e-)consultations.

This item arose from discussion of how to set out values for consultations in undemocratic states.

  1. Examples:
    1. widens and deepens democracy
    2. builds a sense of responsible community
    3. strengthens local democracy
    4. supports the constitutional/output goals
